Rainy Weekend Dampens Belvedere Opening

Belvedere Plantation’s annual Pumpkin Harvest Festival opened Saturday morning to gloomy skies and rain in the forecast.  For once, the weatherman was right.  Despite the warnings, Big Red was set up and ready to go.
